1. Antimicrobial agents; fungicides; bleaching agents; deodorants.

2. Used for disinfection of drinking water, fruits and vegetables. Sterilization of food manufacturing equipment and utensils.

3. Effective chlorine concentration and time required for sterilization and disinfection: water disinfection, 0.3-1.0mg/kg, 3-5min; fruit and vegetable disinfection, 50-100mg/kg, 5-10min; food utensil disinfection, 100mg/kg, 2-5min . The bleaching and sterilization of starch uses a concentration of 0.16% or less. The walls, floors, equipment, etc. of the beer factory are sprayed with 75mg/kg solution for disinfection.

4. Mainly used for bleaching of pulp, textiles (such as cloth, towels, singlets, etc.), chemical fibers and starch.

5. The soap industry is used as a bleaching agent for grease.
