Product Description

Oxalic acid is the simplest dicarboxylic acid, also known as oxalic acid. It is a colorless, transparent crystal at room temperature. It usually contains two molecules of water of crystallization. When heated to 100.1 ºC, it loses the water of crystallization and becomes anhydrous oxalic acid. It is hygroscopic, soluble in ethanol and water, slightly soluble in ether.
