Main applications

Application 1: DOP is a general-purpose plasticizer, mainly used in the processing of polyvinyl chloride resin, but also in the processing of high polymers such as chemical ground resin, acetate resin, ABS resin and rubber, but also in the manufacture of paints, dyes, dispersants, etc. DOP plasticized PVC can be used in the manufacture of artificial leather, agricultural film, packaging materials, cables, etc.
Application 2: It is the most widely used plasticizer in the industry. Except for cellulose acetate and polyvinyl acetate, it has good compatibility with most of the synthetic resins and rubbers used in the industry. It has good overall performance, good mixing properties, high plasticising efficiency, low volatility, good low temperature flexibility, water extraction resistance, high electrical properties, good heat and weather resistance.

Application 3: In HVAC, it is used to test the filtration efficiency of high efficiency filters. Because for high efficiency filters, 0.3um (micron) is the particle size with the highest penetration rate, DOP is used to test the filtration efficiency of high efficiency filters.

Storage method

The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry place, away from fire sources.

It should be stored separately from oxidising agents and acids and should not be mixed.
