Physical and chemical properties	Polyvinyl alcohol resin series are white solids with three types of appearance: flocculent, granular and powder; non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free, and can be dissolved in water at 80--90℃. Its aqueous solution has good adhesive and film-forming properties; it is resistant to most organic solvents such as oils, lubricants and hydrocarbons; it has chemical properties such as esterification, etherification and acetalization of long-chain polyols.

Usage

PVA can be used in powder building materials, and can be used after mixing evenly. Suggested adding amount: 0.3-3% of the total amount of putty powder.

The dosage of KP series dry adhesive powder is 100-120 mesh, below 100 mesh, it is slow to dissolve, not easy to dissolve completely, above 120 mesh, it is easy to lump. Use 80-120 mesh for dry mortar. For powder putty, use more than 120 mesh, because it is difficult to dissolve below 120 mesh, which will make the surface not smooth.

Storage:

KP line products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place indoors at a room temperature of 5-30ºC, in batches, not close to the power supply, prevent moisture, avoid sun exposure, and strictly prohibited from storing with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption of modification.

Transportation: Use clean vehicles when transporting KP series products, avoid humidity, rain and sunshine, and put them down gently to prevent damage.
